The website www.dustpack.ro (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) is managed by SC ICEY DESIGN SRL. Its main purpose is to publish articles, off-road routes, and useful resources for motorcycle enthusiasts, as well as to organize motorcycle tours.
2. Informational content and itineraries
All articles, GPS routes, maps, and information provided on this website are for informational purposes only. Routes may be affected by weather conditions, roadwork, traffic restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with following the published routes. The website administrator is not liable for any incidents, accidents, fines, or damages resulting from the use of this information.
3. Difficulty levels
The difficulty rating of the trails is subjective and based on the author’s experience. It does NOT guarantee that the trail is accessible to all users.
Each participant/user is responsible for assessing their own level of experience, physical abilities, and the technical condition of the vehicle they are using.
4. Guided tours
If you are participating in tours organized by Dustpack:
- Participation is at your own risk.
- The organizer assumes NO responsibility for accidents, malfunctions, injuries, or other incidents that may occur along the route.
- Participants must comply with applicable traffic laws, respect the environment, and follow the guide’s instructions (if any).
- There may be specific participation requirements (e.g., minimum equipment, motorcycle type, experience level, etc.), which will be communicated prior to registration.
5. Products and Services
The website may offer physical or digital products for sale (e.g., promotional items, GPX maps, guides, etc.).
All prices are listed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable.
Payment can be made using the methods listed on the website. Products will be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the relevant pages.
6. Return Policy
For digital products (e.g., GPX files, PDF guides, etc.), returns are not accepted once the product has been downloaded.
For physical products, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is returned in perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Copyright
All text, images, videos, GPS files, and other materials published on the website are the property of Dustpack, unless otherwise specified.
Copying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing the content is prohibited without the written consent of the site administrator.
8. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
Data collected through contact forms, tour registrations, or purchases is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
